Scratch Batch Kids' Victory Garden

The Scatch Batch Kids have broken ground on their Victory Garden. The plot for the garden, located on the grounds of the Good Shepard Church in Hartford, was donated by the Knox Park Foundation. Youth will be cultivating several types of herbs and vegetables this season.
